1. Seat and Reviewer allowances by plan
Each subscription includes the operating user seats and Reviewer seats below. An operating user works records; a Reviewer seat views and responds to assigned work under section 3. Allowances are enforced by the Service at the time a member is added or a role is changed.

2. Reviewer capacity packs
- Reviewer Capacity Pack - 25 additional named reviewers: $2,400 per year, recurring.
- GovCon Review Surge Pack - 25 temporary reviewers for 45 days: $750 one-time; the seats expire 45 days after purchase.
- Enterprise Premier agreements deliver Reviewer seats above the Enterprise plan allowance as contracted Reviewer Capacity Packs granted at signature, enforced through the same mechanism.
3. Reviewer seat permissions
A Reviewer seat may:
- View assigned pursuits, records, briefs, files, and evidence
- Complete assigned review checklists
- Submit an approval, rejection, or acknowledgement on an assigned review
- Download specifically shared rendered documents when authorized
4. Reviewer seat limits
A Reviewer seat may not:
A reviewer response (approval, rejection, or acknowledgement) is written to the audit trail and never automatically advances a stage or gate.
- Create, edit, merge, or delete CRM records
- Change stage, pWin, forecast, value, pricing, or ownership
- Advance or override gates
- Run Nexus AI or consume analysis capacity
- Bulk export, import, or use APIs or integrations
- Administer users, billing, security, or entitlements
5. Transition rule for existing customers
A customer with an active paid subscription on the effective date of this Schedule retains, through the end of their then-current subscription term, the greater of (a) the published Reviewer seat allowance for their plan plus any active reviewer capacity packs, or (b) the number of active named reviewers on their account on that date. Such a customer may not add reviewers above that retained number without purchasing a reviewer capacity pack. At the customer's next renewal, the published allowance model in section 1 applies.
6. No uncapped allowances
No plan grants an unmetered or uncapped allowance of AI capacity, analyses, or Reviewer seats. Every allowance is a stated number, a contracted number, or a purchasable pack, and the Service enforces the stated numbers server-side.
